The library pays for access to the following sites, so access is limited to cardholders. DFL’s prefix code, library card number and email address are typically required the first time you access these sites. Contact us if you need the prefix!
- NH Downloadable Books (NHDB) (ebooks and audiobooks): Read/listen on desktop or laptop via NH Downloadable Books, or download the Libby app for Android/Apple/Kindle.
- Kanopy (movies, documentaries, foreign films, classic cinema, independent films, educational videos, and free kids videos): every patron gets a fixed number of tickets per month, consumed based on video length.
- Hoopla (audiobooks, eBooks, comics, movies, TV and music): please look for content on Libby/Kanopy first since we pay per download. Can be restricted to family-friendly content.
- ComicsPlus (graphic novels, manga, picture books): unlimited, simultaneous access.
