Dunbar Free Library will be OPEN Monday, October 12, but there will be signage pointing to the back entrance, where there will be a ramp for the 6 inch step. This is because there will be concrete demolition going on at the front entry.
If you are uncomfortable using a ramp, you can call us at 603-863-2172 and we will put things outside on a table for you! Once the demolition is complete the concrete pouring and drying should be done in a “jiffy”.
Our front entry concrete has damage that just gets worse each year, so we will be demo-ing the front two squares in front of the MAIN door. IF you arrive at the library and that door is blocked off, just follow the signs to the back door, there will be a ramp, so no step up. The demo is the toughest part, Paul tells me, but the whole project will improve the front entrance.
