Each time slot will have 5 spaces.  EACH child needs to be signed up separately! For example, if you have 3 children,  you need to fill out this form 3 times. If not, we will have to many people signing up for each slot.  You only need to sign up your children for the time slots. Adults do not get bags, so there is no reason to use a slot :)
